Our U10s have introduced a new incentive and reward system to recognise positive contributions during training sessions and matches: the Player of the Month Award.

This award isn’t solely based on performance—it also takes into account effort levels, attendance, and positive behaviour towards teammates and coaches.

We're proud to announce our very first recipient: Freddie.

Freddie consistently gives 100% at training and truly embodies our ethos of "train as you play." He makes smart decisions on the pitch and plays a vital role in our defensive structure. Calm in possession yet confident going forward, Freddie helps us transition effectively through the thirds—an essential part of our playing style.

Off the pitch, Freddie is always polite, listens attentively to the coaches, and applies their feedback to improve his game.
